Phillies Phacks n Stats

- The Phillies have won 80 games before September 1st four times in franchise history (2011, 1993, 1977, 1976). They've ended three of those season with 100+ wins ('11 - 102, '77 - 101, '76 - 101) but won the pennant in the lone season they fell short of 100 regular season wins (1993 - 97).

Victorino, Bobby Abreu, and Lenny Dykstra are the only three Phillies OF's to do so since 1990.
